Can I pickup furniture myself when it comes in?

Yes. If you would like to opt out of delivery, you can bring your own vehicle to our showroom and we will load your piece for you. For larger furniture pieces, we recommend bringing moving blankets with you.

How much does delivery cost?

Our delivery charge is based on your location.

How long does it take for my custom order to come in?

We quote anywhere from 3-8 weeks on custom orders, but this is always subject to vary.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes! You can place an order for an item over the phone and then you have the option of picking up that item yourself from our showroom or receiving delivery. There is an additionalcharge for delivery depending on the area that you are from.

Can I order a piece of furniture in a different wood species?

Yes! At Pat Interior Designs, we can order your furniture in different wood species and different stains to create a unique one-of-a-kind look for your home.

Why don't you show any prices online?

We source our furniture from a variety of different manufacturers in the USA. Our solid wood pieces can be ordered in different wood species, stains, and hardware which causes the pricing to vary. Many of our upholstered pieces can also be customized with different fabrics and other options, causing the pricing to vary as well.

If I see a piece online that I like, can I get pricing for that piece?

Yes! We would be more than happy to provide the price of an item for you, if it is still available, either in-person in our showroom or over the phone or you can message us through our contact form.
